FEE POLICY
We are committed to providing you with the best possible care and are pleased to discuss our professional fees with you at any time. It is the policy of this office that fees for consultation and treatment, not covered by insurance, be paid in full at the time of service. APPOINTMENT POLICY
Please give the office at least 24 hours notice of any change of appointment or cancellation otherwise a charge may be made.
NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY
We will take reasonable steps to provide free-of-charge language assistance services to people who speak languages we are likely to hear in our practice and who don't speak English well enough to talk to us about the dental care we are providing.

INSURANCE POLICY
If you have dental insurance, we will do all we can to maximize your benefits and we will file insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. Prior to your initial appointment we will verify your insurance benefits. Please note that while we do our best to provide an accurate estimate, insurance claims may be in the process of being paid on another service you have received, thus reducing the amount of your yearly benefit.
We are only able to provide an estimate based on the information given at the time of inquiry. Please note that you are responsible for the timely payment of any portion not covered by your insurance.
